Besides, the diplomat noted that Azerbaijan received around $693.6m within the program of the Japanese government "Official Development Assistance".
In his turn, Elgiz Dadashov, the Chief Executive of "On Way of Permanent Development" non-governmental organization, stressed that the hospital functioning in the Galajig village served to the residents of 5 villages from 1950, but it became useless and only a part of it was converted for dispensary.
"Over 5,000 residents of the region can receive quality medical service through the new hospital," Dadashev underlined.
