Bureau of Congress of Local and Regional Authorities to discuss local elections in Azerbaijan

The Congress Bureau will meet on Feb. 2010 in Paris (France).

Figuring on the Bureau’s agenda is the preparation of the 18th Congress Session to be held in Strasbourg (France), from 17 to 19 March 2010.

The discussion of the local elections in Azerbaijan has also been included into the agenda of the 18th Congress Session.

Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland, chairperson of the Committee of Ministers Michelin Calmi-Rey and PACE President Mevlut Cavusoglu will address the session.
