
"Justice for Khojaly" campaign actions were held in Cartagena, Columbia within the national youth festival dedicated to the World Human Heritage, media department of the Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation said.
National coordinator of the "Justice for Khojaly" campaign Julian Rigo Mendez organized local volunteers to stick campaign posters at the central streets of the city and to deliver informative booklets to the people.
More than 2,500 young people joined the festival, where they signed a declaration 1000 against injustice, which condemned Khojaly massacre against humanity and inhuman behavior against the tragedy victims.
Participants of the action met with the students of Cartagena University and attended round tables and debates over the Khojaly massacre on the occasion of upcoming International Human Rights Day.
They are planning to hold similar peace actions in future.
"Justice for Khojaly" international civil awareness campaign was declared on May 8, 2008 by Leyla Aliyeva, Chief Coordinator of the Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation.
