"Japan wants Azerbaijan to hold democratic presidential elections", Japanese ambassador to Azerbaijan Masamitsu Oki said.
He noted that the Japanese government does not have any projects regarding the elections, yet the diplomat did not rule out possible preparation of such a project to support Azerbaijan.
