President Ilham Aliyev congratulated Finnish President, Canadian PM and the Emir of Kuwait

As APA reports, the letter reads Azerbaijan-Finland relationship is rapidly developing today: "Your last visit to Azerbaijan, and the documents signed then gave a particular impetus to the rapidly developing relationship between the two countries. I hope that relationship between Azerbaijan and Finland will continue in the spirit of friendship and cooperation afterward".

President also congratulated Stephen Harper on his election as Prime Minister of Canada and also felicitated Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad al-Jaber Al-Sabah on election of Emir of Kuwait.
