Court did not relieve Janmirza Mirzayev of imprisonment

APA was informed about it by J.Mirzayev. He informed that the complaint was not satisfied in the court process presided over by the judge Isgandar Gasimov. The judge explained complaint's not being satisfied with that the prison where the former prisoner had served had not given a positive reference on him and he does not confess his crime. It should be noted that J.Mirzayev was accused of the murder of the former chief of the Baku Supreme Military Naval School and imprisoned for 8 years. Then he was pardoned and released.

J.Mirzayev said that he will appeal from the decision of the Khatai region Court.
