Turkish parliament will have last say on ratification of Turkey-Armenia protocols: FM

The Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said at a news conference that the country's parliament will have the last say on ratification of the Turkey-Armenia protocols, CNN Turk reported.
"The country's parliament will decide whether to ratify the Turkey-Armenia protocols or not," Davutoglu said.
