Chairman of EU compliance commission of the Great National Assembly of Turkey Yashar Yakish commented on the possible opening of borders between Turkey and Armenia, according to Turkish Anadolu news agency.
"Talks between Turkey and Armenia were held but everything concentrated on opening of borders, as if there are no other issues. The agenda includes a big package, which means that it is first necessary to prepare a package and all stages will be accomplished after that", said he.

Yakish also assessed the development of the Turkish-Azerbaijani relations in the light of news about possible opening of borders between Turkey and Armenia: "Either definite circles are interested in making our Azerbaijani friends doubt about us, or someone is trying to create an impression that we will open borders before resolution of the Karabakh conflict. This impression is not correct. The opening of doors is a part of a big package and this package involves resolution of the Karabakh conflict".
