Date of session of Plenum of Constitutional Court on introduction of amendments to the Constitution of Azerbaijan appointed

As is reported, the session will be held in connection with the draft act of referendum "On introduction of amendments and alterations to the Constitution of Azerbaijan".

On December 19 of 2008 Milli Medjlis held a decision on conduction of a referendum for receiving conclusion of the said instance on the basis of article 153 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan on December 19 of 2008.
