Military attaches to Pakistan and Kazakhstan called back

Lieut. Gen. Talib Mammadov and Maj.Gen. Gabil Mammadov, Azerbaijan's military attaches to Pakistan and Kazakhstan, respectively, were called back.

The reasons of their calling back are not revealed. It should be noted that military attach? to the USA was also substituted, APA reports.

Defense Ministry press service neither denied, nor confirmed the information.

T. Mammadov was Defense Ministry Intelligence Office chief, G. Mammadov I Army Corps Commander before the appointment. Both generals were dismissed, because of rotation in 2004. G. Mammadov is said to have some shortcomings during his activity in I Army Corps.
