President Ilham Aliyev congratulated Fidel Castro, Chairman of the State Council and the Council of Ministers of the Republic on his 80th jubilee.

The president's press service told the APA Azerbaijani president expressed confidence that friendly and cooperation relations between Azerbaijan and Cuba will always develop and enhance.
