Azerbaijan signs youth cooperation agreement with a number of countries

Azerbaijani Ministry of Youth and Sports signed in Baku a number of documents on cooperation in the sphere of youth policy and sports with several countries. Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov signed a program of cooperation in the sphere of physical training and sports for 2011-2012 with Minister of Sports and Tourism of Belarus Oleg Kachan.

Rahimov also signed a program of cooperation in youth policy and sports for 2011-2012 with the Minister of Family, Youth and Sports of Ukraine Ravil Safiullin. In addition, today Rahimov signed a protocol of intent on cooperation in the sphere of youth and sports with the Director of the Agency of Youth and Sport of Macedonia Dime Spasov.

Signing of these documents is a step to strengthen the friendship of the nations in the sphere of sports, Rahimov said. A cooperation program was also signed at the event in the sphere of youth and sports between Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova.
