Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Library of U.S. Congress to sign memorandum of cooperation

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Library of the US Congress will sign a memorandum of cooperation.
The decision was made at a meeting between Azerbaijan`s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador Mehriban Aliyeva and director of the Library James Billington. The memorandum envisages the creation of an electronic version of Azerbaijani manuscripts, which will be placed on the website of the World Public Library Association.
