CE Baku office to hold trainings on methods of work of European Court of human rights

The training will be held for students and graduates of the faculty of law and young experts, engaged in the sphere of law, reported sources from the CE Baku office.

Reports say that the aim of the training is to broaden knowledge about standards of the activity of the European court, mechanisms of the activity of the court, rules of presenting claims, familiarization with general information about court precedents, improvement of practice by means of exercises.

Interactive methods, group discussions and practical exercises, as well as presentation of real court trials by the participants and so on will be used during the training.

The term of training will be November 1-29. The training will be held at the CE Baku office on Saturdays.
