Azerbaijan to use Iran's judicial and legal experiences

In a farewell ceremony of Iran's outgoing Ambassador Afshar Soleymani here Wednesday, the Azeri minister referred to his trip to Iran in the year of 2003 and evaluated that visit in expansion of legal and judicial cooperation 'Important'.

He said, after that visit, many Azeri judicial officials have visited Iran to get acquainted with Iran's judicial system.

Concerning the ambassador request about extradition of 76 Iranian prisoners in Azerbaijan, the minister said. "We will promptly consider the request."

The ambassador proposed creation of a joint commission to deepen legal and judicial cooperation between the two countries, which was welcomed by the Azeri minister. IRNA
