‘Ball flies up to sky ‘

A presentation of a 46-minute documentary film of young Azerbaijani director Arzu Urshan “A ball flies up to the sky” will be held in the International Mugham Center on Tuesday. The documentary won the first place in the “faithfulness to the Olympic ideal” nomination at the 8 Atlant International FICTS Festivals held in Russian city of Lipetsk in September.

Besides, Azerbaijani film became winner in International Sports Movies and TV Festival in Milan, Italy in November. The documentary dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Azerbaijani football features the development process, victories, and defeats of Azeri football and stories of popular footballers.

The screen writers of the documentary produced in Salnama Studio are Arzu Urshan and Alexandr Balashov, cameramen are Yuri Yermolin and Nadir Mehdiyev, art designer Fikrat Alakbarov and photographer is Elshan Aliyev.
