Fashion TV president talks about Eurovision in Baku - PHOTOS

President of Fashion TV Michel Adam held a press conference in Baku dedicated to the opening of Fashion Club in the capital of Azerbaijan.

"Fashion Club aims to turn Baku into a fashion center. We are going to realize a range of projects – open boutiques, bars and stores. At nights, Fashion Club will function as a club while daytime - as a demonstration place of fashion collections of both local and foreign designers. Stylists will also be able to showcase their works at the club," Adam told journalists.

According to Adam, fashion schools and agencies working 24/7 are also planned to open in the city.

"All these projects will help you to penetrate into the fashion culture, learn more about this sphere and even present yourself as a talented fashion designer abroad. This will be the first fashion center in the Azerbaijani capital with global scale," Adam added.

Currently, the place for the construction of the club is being considered. The opening day is not set yet.

"The last time I visited Baku was 10 years ago. The city has changed dramatically since then. It became more beautiful, modern and attractive with developed infrastructure. The development rate of Baku resembles Shanghai but it’s done in more natural way," Fashion TV president said.

According to Adam, "Eurovision-2012" in Baku will be a brilliant opportunity to show up the fashion tendencies.

"Tourists from many countries will come to Baku and your city will become a fancy place for other nations. News ideas for the development of the fashion culture will generate from the harmony and diversity of national styles," Adam underlined.
