Average price on one square meters of area in new buildings in Baku released

Participants of the Property Market Public Union has released outcomes of the monitoring into the first housing market in Baku for September 2009.
The monitoring indicated that 154 construction companies were engaged in construction of 456 buildings in late September.

Majority of newly-constructed buildings account for Yasamal, Khatai and Nasimi districts of the capital with 63.4-percent share in the overall portfolio of the construction.

Average price on one square meters of area in new buildings rose 0.8 percent to settle at $956 per a square meter.

Average area of apartments in new buildings was 121.8 square meters in September.

The average height was is 14.9 floors.
