Estonian Prime Minister: "EU states are for the development of energy dialogue with Azerbaijan"

Estonia and EU states appreciate and speak for any development of an energy dialogue with Azerbaijan.
According to sources from the Estonian government, the due statement was made by Estonian Premier, leader of Reformist party Andrus Ansip, speaking during the fourth energy summit in Baku (Azerbaijan).

Ansip also bound the importance of such a dialogue with strengthening of stability in the Caucasus region under the EU support. He voiced EU interest in the development of numerous sources of energy for the EU states, which deserve trust, listing the oil transit corridor, binding Caspian Sea  with EU states via Black Sea as an example of sources sources.

Ansip also noted that after the military conflict in Georgia the energy security issue acquired an additional sense.

It should be reminded that the fourth energy summit, attended by heads of six states (Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Ukraine, Lithuania and Poland) was held in Baku on November 14.
