Azerbaijan to issue eurobonds next year

At latest Azerbaijan will issue the first eurobonds in 2007 to the international capital market, said Finance Minister Samir Sharifov.

He said the issue of eurobonds is under discussion now. This matter will also be discussed at investors' meeting in Singapore.

Economic Development Minister Heydar Babayev said the parameters of the first issue have not been made exact yet.

According to unconfirmed information, the first issue will constitute USD 100-500mn, APA informs.
