Auction on placement of National Bank's bonds to be held

An auction on placement of short-term bonds of National Bank with the state registration number 50103612S will be held at Baku Stock Exchange on September 6.

BSE told APA that the volume of the issue is AZN 40mn, face value per bond AZN 200, turnover period 28 days. The maturity date is October 4, 2006.

Noncompetitive bids not exceeding 20% of the issue volume are allowed at the auction.
The auction will be held according to the agreement signed between Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Bank of Azerbaijan.
