All phone exchanges to be made electronic

Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies plans to make electronic all telephone exchanges in a year.

As APA reports, the ratio of telephone to population is 13:100 and it is planned to make this ratio to 18:100.

This plan will be implemented through both establishment of new telephone exchanges and expansion of the existing ones.
