Azerbaijani President appoints head of Office of State Flag Complex

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to appoint Rashad Mammadov the head of the Office of State Flag Complex at the Cabinet of Ministers, the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.
