Heydar Aliyev's 83rd birthday commemorated at the Honorary Alley

A ceremony was held at the Honorary Alley in commemoration of the then Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev's 83rd birthday today.

The commemorative ceremony was started by Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev and his family visiting the tomb of Heydar Aliyev. Heads of ministries, committees and other governmental bodies also visited the tomb and laid wreathes on it.

According to APA, thousands of people have visited Heydar Aliyev’s tomb until the afternoon.
