When will toll roads appear in Azerbaijan ?

Tolls on Azerbaijan's highways will be introduced only when there are alternative routes to these roads, head of Azeryolservis (construction and exploitation of roads) Javid Gurbanov told media today.

"Today, there are some toll charge roads in the country," he added. "To begin with the bypass circular roads around Baku may be used for this purpose." He said that a new law on toll charges is being prepared.
