Azerbaijan expected to purchase MT-LBMS multipurpose tracked armored vehicles from Ukraine

“UkrSpetsEksport”, which is the Ukraine’s chief designated agent for exports and imports of military and dual-purpose commodities and service made presentation of some new equipments including this military vehicle for Azerbaijani Armed Forces.

MT-LBMS which is the renew variant of MT-LB vehicles is armed with PKT machine gun, Ukrainian double-barreled 30 mm caliber weapon, 30 mm caliber automatic grenade launcher. The military vehicle is also provided with 2 sets of 81mm caliber smoke grenade launcher, anti-tank missile.

MT-LBMS, which weights 12.5 tons, is considered effective for landing operations and navigation.
