Crisis in Turkish-Azerbaijani relations is theoretically impossible: Turkish foreign ministry

The ministry Spokesman Burak Özügergin said at a news conference on Oct. 28 that  "all experiences between Turkey and Azerbaijan have recently been left in the past and this matter was closed this morning."

"We never perceived what happened as a crisis in our relations. The crisis in Turkish-Azerbaijani relations is theoretically impossible. There can not be a crisis within one of the nation. There may be some complications and misunderstandings,” he said.
