Azerbaijan’s pro-opposition party to nominate candidates for great part of municipalities

The meeting focused on socio-political situation in the country and worldwide.

Head of party’s election center Sohran Abdullayev spoke about participation in the municipal elections and party’s tasks in this regard.

Party’s deputy chairman Elchin Mirzabayli said the party plans to get actively involved with the coming municipal elections.

“The party will nominate candidates for great part of municipalities. We are going to cover 60 percent of the self-government bodies. The party is also designing a list of observers,” Mirzabayli said.
