Turkey’s diplomatic missions will provide consular service to Azerbaijani citizens in the countries lacking Azerbaijani diplomatic offices, Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic said, APA reports.

The ambassador said Turkish Foreign Ministry had already delivered its decision to Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.
