He considers that the invitation of Washington both to Mammadyarov and Nalbandian is a clear indication that the U.S. State Department has really set the Karabakh conflict settlement as a priority.

"As far as I know, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton calls for a report on how the case on this issue is proceeding almost every day. If the United States by their influence and authority on the highest levels, reinforce the Minsk process, the hopes to achieve positive results and progress in resolving will increase significantly.
