Yurddash party to hold agitation of amendments to Constitution in cooperation with Yeni Azerbaijan Party

The Yurddash Party intends to hold an agitation campaign in connection with conduction of a referendum to introduce amendments to the Constitution in cooperation with the Yeni Azerbaijan party, said party chairman Mais Safarli.

He said the party does not intend to create a separate agitation group.

"We are currently negotiating with the Yeni Azerbaijan party for joint agitation campaign. I think the unity of all political structures, supporting conduction of a referendum, will be more perspective than creating a separate agitation group. We will also hold events and take part in all actions, connected with introduction of amendments to the Constitution", announced Safarli.

Notably, the referendum of introduction of amendments to the Constitution of Azerbaijan is planned to be held on March 18.
