Serzh Sargsyan: "Turkey cannot act as mediator in Karabakh settlement"

The Armenian president recalled that a joint Declaration was signed in Moscow on November 2 together with the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, according to which the settlement process should be carried out within the frames of OSCE MG. As for Turkey, this country is not the Minsk Group co-chair, though it is a member of OSCE MG, the Armenian president said.
