Azerbaijani Foreign Minister receives special representative of OSCE chairman

Heikki Talvitie, special representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office, visiting Baku, had a meeting with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov.
According to Day.Az, in a brief comment following the meeting Talvitie said he discussed the issues of the upcoming presidential elections with Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry.

Moreover, the sides exchanged views regarding resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
