US deputy secretary of state to visit Azerbaijan

The due information was provided by a source from the US Embassy to Azerbaijan, according to Novosti-Azerbaijan.

Boucher's official meetings will start on Friday. In the framework of the visit, he is expected to meet with President of Azerbaijan and other officials.

It should be noted that Boucher's visit to Azerbaijan is aimed at holding consultations on cooperation between the two countries in different spheres, including in energy sphere, as well as other issues.

He is also to meet with representatives of the civil society and political parties.
