Ali Aliyev: "Dialog with powers must pursue definite aims"

Ali Aliyev, chairman of the Party of Civil Development told Day.Az that the dialog must initially be encouraged by the powers.

"Talks are a normal political process, but not a PR campaign held only for the sake of a dialog. Azadlyg coalition that it is necessary to negotiate with powers, which requires a single purpose of talks and an initiative.
