Ali Naghiyev to be appointed Ambassador to Belarus

Ex-Minister of National Security, Namig Abbasov in Uzbekistan, ex-Culture Minister Polad Bulbulohlu in Russia, ex-Vice-speakers Yashar Aliyev in China and Tamerlan Garayev is Ambassador to India now.
