Stating no additional transparent ballot boxes are needed for the parliamentary elections, R.Gasimli it is possible to hold democratic and fair elections by 10 thousand mobile boxes and 5 thousand immovable ballot boxes: “Additional ballot boxes were brought to Azerbaijan in the municipality elections. No talks are held with the relevant international organizations as there is no need for the transparent ballot boxes”.
