Elmar Mammadyarov stating that bilateral relation between Azerbaijan and USA develop successfully mentioned the help of Azerbaijan government to the works in the directions of democracy, formation of civil society, development of medium and mini ownerships. He stated that special attention is paid to the reforms in education sphere.

The sides touched the matter of Azerbaijan's joining Worldwide Trade Organization and held discussions within progress in economical improvement of our country.
