IWF Grand Prix to take place in Baku

Azerbaijan will host the IWF Grand Prix and 2nd Baku International Cup of the International Weightlifting Federation on December 5-8.

The tournament will be attended by male athletes weighing in at 62-69kg and female athletes in at 53-58kg from Azerbaijan, Russia, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Serbia, Ukraine, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Romania and Tajikistan.

The event will be held at the Sports Complex of the Weightlifting Academy.
