OSCE Baku office to host conference on judicial system

OSCE Baku office, Netherlands Helsinki Committee and UK International Centre for the Legal Protection of Human Rights, INTERRIGHTS will host conference on application of the international standards and strategies in the court examination, in Baku, on December 11-12.

The event is aimed to study the problems of the court examination in Azerbaijan. Issues dealing with judicial independence, influence of judicial system on the country`s legislation will be in the focus of conference.
