13th congress of Azerbaijani teachers starts in Baku

The 13th Congress of Azerbaijani Teachers has today started at the Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater.
The congress brings together teachers from across the country, as well as members of the Cabinet and Parliament. President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of greetings to the congress` participants.

The last congress of the Azerbaijani teachers was held on October 4, 2003.
