Two Azerbaijanis arrested for kidnapping in Moscow

Moscow intelligence bodies arrested two Azerbaijanis, who kidnapped 21-year-old girl and demanding money from her relatives.

Tver resident working in an advertising company was kidnapped by unknown persons on August 11. The company employee applied to law enforcement bodies and said the criminals want $20 000 for the girl, APA reports.

Special operation plan has been prepared and the criminals were arrested this morning. Kidnapped Tver resident was set free. A criminal case on kidnapping and swindling was launched against the arrested Azerbaijanis.
