Legal action to be brought against Rafig Aliyev

As APA informs, the Committee chief is accused of making religious intolerance in the southern regions, converting Sheikh Zahid Sepulcher in Shikhakaran village in Lenkeran to pilgrimage place, registering religious organizations without presentation of OCM and committing other illicit actions: "Sheikh Zahid Sepulcher in Shikhakaran village in Lenkeran is a historical monument. Rafig Aliyev documented this monument as pilgrimage place and takes advantage of it. In general, Rafig Aliyev and his representative for southern regions Mir Yahya is making religious intolerance among state officials and residents. We think that Rafig Aliyev should be held accountable in trial for his doings."
