20 May 2011 [13:51] - TODAY.AZ
Video meeting began to function in Georgia’s penitentiary system. Minor prisoners can take advantage of this service, and in the very near future, this innovation will be gradually introduced in other sentence serving institutions, Georgian Corrections, Probation and Legal Assistance Ministry said.

Video meeting time is 15 minutes. This service will be available to prisoners three times a month.
One should appeal to Probation Bureau with appropriate application for a video meeting.

Special rooms will be arranged in sentence serving institutions for video meetings, and for prisoners’ relatives monitors will be installed at the National Probation Bureau.
