FM: Iran, Russia to co-op on Fordo nuclear facility

Iran and Russia will cooperate on the Fordo nuclear facility, said Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, RIA Novosti reported August 17.

“There are agreements on nuclear area, which we’ll be implementing in line with the [Vienna] deal, including the ones on isotope production,” said Zarif after a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

He added that the two countries would cooperate in line with the agreement on the Fordo facility.
