An earthquake measuring 4.2 points occurred in the Pahleh region, Iranian province of Ilam, the Iranian news agency Fars reported Jan. 14.

The earthquake was registered at 13:20 (UTC/GMT +4 hours).

There is no information about destruction or victims.
