Georgian CEC announces final results of elections

The Central Election Commission has officially announced the final results of the parliamentary elections-2012 today. The final protocol was signed by all CEC members.

The final results on all 73 constituencies throughout Georgia have been summed up.

Georgian Dream and National Movement have reached an electoral barrier.

"Georgian Dream" coalition will be represented by 85 MPs in the Parliament, while the National Movement - 65 MPs.

The first session of the new parliament will be held on October 21. It will be opened by Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili.
