Stagnation in Azerbaijan-NATO cooperation

Cooperation between Azerbaijan and NATO has stagnated, Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov told the media today."By taking a narrow political and biased position, several NATO members have delayed approving the third stage of the Individual Action Plan for Cooperation signed between NATO and Azerbaijan," he said. "The situation binds us."

If the plan is not approved, the teamwork is delayed adding that the matter has been delayed for several months and Azerbaijan is concerned about this.
