Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan define cooperation directions

Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan have defined specific directions of cooperation in the field of defensive industry.

On an official visit to Azerbaijan, a team led by Deputy Defense Minister of Kazakhstan met the leadership of the Defensive Ministry of Azerbaijan at the Ministry's Office on Wednesday. The meeting resulted from the accord reached at September talks between Azerbaijani Defensive Industry Minister Yaver Jamalov and Defense Minister of Kazakhstan Adilbek Jaksybekov, the Defensive Industry Ministry of Azerbaijan said on Wednesday.

As noted at the meeting, the Kazakh side displays interest in defensive products manufactured by enterprises of Azerbaijani Defensive Industry Ministry.

Specific directions of cooperation in the field of defensive industry between the two fraternal countries were defined, and prospects of bilateral cooperation were discussed at a meeting held in warm, friendly atmosphere.

The visiting team will be acquainted with the production process at some Defensive Industry Ministry's facilities.
