Egyptian company ceases cooperation in Azerbaijan's occupied territory

The Egyptian mobile phone company Mobinil has suspended its cooperation with the Karabakh Telecom mobile operator in Azerbaijan's occupied territories.

After this cooperation was revealed, the Azerbaijani Embassy in Egypt sent a letter of protest to the Foreign Ministry and the Communications and IT Ministry.

In response, the Egyptian government officially announced the cooperation had ended.

Earlier, after the Azerbaijani diplomatic mission's intervention, another mobile phone company Vodafone Egypt stopped cooperation with this company.
